Any person signing for and on behalf of a corporation shall be personally liable to C&C Packing Limited Partnership, by the fact of this single signature, jointly and severally with the corporation, for any obligation and responsibility arising from any purchase of merchandise made under the present application for credit and waives the benefits of division and discussion.
The present guarantee applies even if the said amounts are in excess of any established credit limit. The present personal guarantee remains in force indefinitely for the benefit of C&C Packing Limited Partnership and the guarantor waives the right to terminate this guarantee even if the person signing leaves the corporation.

Any discrepancy between the quantities ordered and the quantities delivered must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Credits will not be accepted without prior confirmation from our salesperson.
All products remain the property of CC Packing until full payment is received after delivery.
